HOW TO USE

After cleansing, dispense toner onto a cotton pad or your hands and gently sweep over your face and neck.

Gently pat for softer skin. Soak a cotton pad with the toner and gently pat it over the skin. Using cotton pads helps exfoliate, clear excess sebum, and smooth the skin.
